What you buy

You buy a license to use the Pa Studio Suite app, not the app itself. The app stays our property. The license is personal: it is for you or your company, and you may not resell, rent or share it.

Standard and Pro licenses have no end date and include every update of version 1. The 30-day pass gives every Pro feature on one computer for 30 days, counted from its first activation. Each edition can be used on the number of computers shown on the price list.

The app converts SET folders that you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for the content you convert and for respecting the rights of its authors.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros or US dollars, before VAT. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout when the law of your country requires it, and paid by you. Businesses in the European Union that give a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge).

You can pay by card through POK, with PayPal, in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, or by bank transfer. The payment provider handles your payment details; we never see your card number.

The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. You receive a VAT invoice by e-mail and on your order page.

Delivery

Your serial key is shown on the order page and sent to your e-mail as soon as the payment is confirmed: within minutes for card, PayPal and cryptocurrency, and when the money arrives for bank transfers (usually 1–3 working days). The app is downloaded from this website.

Activation and license checks

The app is activated with your serial key over the internet. It then checks the license with our server at every start and every few hours, and works without a connection for up to 7 days at a time.

To protect our customers and the product, the license is tied to the computer it is activated on. We may lock a serial key that is shared, posted publicly, used on more computers than allowed, or used with tampered software. If you think a key was locked by mistake, write to us and we will look at it.

To move the license to a new computer, write to us and we release the old one.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another country with this right, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, as long as you have not activated the serial key.

At checkout you agree that your key is delivered at once and that you lose the right of withdrawal once you activate it. Our own refund promise (see the refund policy) still applies after that.

Warranty

We test the app carefully with SETs from every supported keyboard, but Korg keyboards and their files vary. If the app does not work as described for your keyboard, tell us: we fix it in an update or refund you under the refund policy. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Always keep a copy of your original SETs. The app never changes the source folder, but we cannot be responsible for files lost on your keyboard, USB stick or computer.

Liability

We are liable without limit for damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence, and for injury to life or health. For other damage our liability is limited to the price you paid for the license, as far as the law allows.

Trademarks

Korg, Pa and the names of Korg keyboards are trademarks of Korg Inc. Pa Studio Suite is an independent product and is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Korg.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Albania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may go to the courts there.
