When you visit the website

Our server records your IP address, the page you open and your browser for security and to stop abuse. These logs are deleted after 30 days.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics services. If you choose light or dark mode, your choice is kept in your own browser only.

When you buy or ask for a trial

We collect your name, e-mail address, country and, if you give them, your company and VAT number. We need them to deliver your key, write the invoice, apply the right VAT and help you later (contract and legal duty).

Your payment is handled by the provider you choose: POK Payments, PayPal or NOWPayments. They receive the data they need for the payment under their own privacy policies. From them we only receive whether and how much you paid.

Invoices and order records are kept as long as tax law requires (up to 10 years). Trial requests are kept for 2 years so that each person gets one trial.

When you use the app

To check the license, the app sends our server your serial key, the app version, a random key made for your installation, and fingerprints of your computer's hardware. The fingerprints are one-way hashes: they show whether it is the same computer, but not what the hardware is.

The server also records the IP address and country of each check-in. We use this only to stop shared or copied serial keys (legitimate interest) and delete it 2 years after your license has ended. The connection is encrypted, and only our server can read it.

The app does not send us your SETs, sounds or any other files.

When you write to us

We use your name, e-mail and message only to answer you, and delete them after 2 years unless they belong to an order.

Who else receives data

Our server is hosted in the European Union, and Cloudflare protects and speeds up the website. E-mails are sent through our mail provider. These companies process data only on our behalf and under contract.

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a common format. Write to . We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country. In Albania this is the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDP).
