Refund policy

Our 14-day promise

Write to within 14 days of your purchase if the app does not work as described for your keyboard or your SETs. We first try to help, and if we cannot solve it, we refund the full price.

If you have not activated your serial key yet, you can cancel within 14 days for any reason.

30-day pass

A 30-day pass can be refunded within 3 days of its first activation if the app does not work for you.

How the refund works

We refund in the same way you paid, within 14 days of our approval: to your card, PayPal account or bank account. Payments in cryptocurrency are refunded in the same currency to an address you give us, at the amount you paid in euros or dollars.

With the refund, the serial key is switched off on all computers.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before you open a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We answer quickly and a refund is faster for you too. A serial key with an open dispute is locked until the dispute is closed.
